Sealcoating and repainting the lines and numbers for the parking spaces of all the streets north of New Braddock Rd, weather permitting. Please abide by the posted notices and make sure your cars are moved during the days your section is scheduled for tarring. Any car not moved in time will be towed so the work can be completed quickly. Abide by the signs.
Work begins each morning at 7:00 AM and the streets will be closed for 24 hours for the tar to properly dry.
Monday, August 8 - Antonia Ford LN, north part of William Mosby Dr, and south part of Montiero
Tuesday, August 9 - TRASH DAY - Antonia Ford Ct, Grogans Ct, and Montiero
Wednesday, August 10 - Walter Bowie, part of Franklin Fox, and half of Hoskin Hollow
Thursday, August 11 - rest of Franklin Fox and Hoskin Hollow
Friday, August 12 - TRASH DAY - George Baylor, Montjoy, and Adolphus

Trash Collection: - Click Here
Normal trash days are - Tuesday and Friday. This is household waste only - no construction, remodeling waste, or hazardous (paint, pesticides, oil, gas, antifreeze, corrosive chemicals, etc.) waste. These items and glass recycling should be dropped off at the Fairfax County I-66 Transfer Station.
CALL before you place all furniture, appliance or bulk out for removal. You must schedule the pickup with American Disposal 48 hrs in advance at 703-368-0500. These items will only be picked on Friday.
Yard Waste - Friday - leaves and branches will be picked up during normal trash collections. Leaves can be thrown out in garbage cans or PAPER bags (they will no longer pick up yard waste in plastic bags). Branches must be cut to a 3-4 foot length and preferably bundled with string.
Recycling day is on Tuesday ONLY. Under the new Fairfax County Ordinance the trash collectors ONLY pick up recyclable items on the designated recycling days (TUESDAY). Any recyclable items set out on Friday will NOT be picked up. Acceptable/Unacceptable Materials List for Recycling

Please keep in mind the following HOA regulations:
- Trash, recycling and yard debris must not be placed on the curb prior to dusk on the day preceding pickup.
- Trash must be in a container or heavy duty trash bags, per the architectural regulations.
- Violating these regulations can result in a $50 fine for each item or $10/day until the item is removed.
