NEW PARKING PERMITS ... Everyone should have the new 2022 Red Parking Permits. The old green 2015 Parking Permits are no longer valid. If you are a renter, please make sure you get the new parking permit for your house.
 
 
2025 HOA Dues are $98.96/mo. Due to the current high inflation rate, dues again increased this year to meet the higher expenses. If you did not receive your coupon book please contact Sequoia Management Company

Community Information

TRASH COLLECTION DAYS
 
Please also note that natural (live-cut) undecorated Christmas tree collection will take place from December 29 through January 9. Trees should be placed curbside, free of all decorations, lights, and stands.
 
Inclement Weather: Safety in our community is our primary concern. Roads and/or areas which are deemed unsafe due to snow or ice will be suspended for collection. If suspension occurs, services will resume on the next regularly scheduled collection day.
 
Trash and Recycle day is - now Monday ONLY. This is household waste only - no construction, remodeling waste, or hazardous (paint, pesticides, oil, gas, antifreeze, corrosive chemicals, etc.) waste. These items and glass recycling should be dropped off at the Fairfax County I-66 Transfer Station.
 
CALL before you place all furniture, appliance or bulk out for removal. You must schedule the pickup with Garby, LLC 48 hrs in advance at:

Yard Waste, leaves and branches will be picked up during normal trash collections. Leaves can be thrown out in garbage cans or bags (preferably paper). Branches must be cut to a 3-4 foot length and preferably bundled with string.
 
Recycling day is also on Monday.  Acceptable/Unacceptable Materials List for Recycling
 
 
Please keep in mind the following HOA regulations:
  • Trash, recycling and yard debris must not be placed on the curb prior to dusk on the day preceding pickup.
  • Trash must be in a container or heavy duty trash bags, per the architectural regulations.
  • Violating these regulations can result in a $50 fine for each item or $10/day until the item is removed.
